Super Carrot Juice For Pre-Workout.

So besides adding it to salads, you can also enjoy carrots by blending them up. Carrot juice is definitely one of the most delicious of the vegetable juices.

Try carrot juice as a pre-workout, or post-workout fuel for a month and see the result.

Ingredients for 2 servings.

4 small organic carrots, peeled.

1 stalk celery, peeled

1 lemon.

Juice of 4 sweet oranges.

1-inch fresh ginger nob, peeled.

A bit of water if you want your juice thinner.


Chop the carrots and celery into 1-inch pieces, place them in a high powered blender.

Squeeze in the lemon and orange juice.

Add your ginger and blend well until it’s your preferred consistency.
