Yummy Loaded Cloud Eggs.

Have you made this before? this was my first time of making it as well, and the end result was impressive.

It was delicious and worth the time I spent making it.

Ingredients for 4 servings.

2-3 slices nitrate-free bacon or turkey bacon.

4 large farm fresh eggs.

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese.

1/4 cup chopped green onions.

Pinch of sea salt and pepper.


Preheat your oven to 450 F, line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Heat the skillet over medium-low heat, add bacon and cook until golden and crisp.

Transfer your cooked bacon to a plate lined with a paper towel, to remove excess grease and ensure crispness.

Once cool, crumble and set aside.

Separate the egg whites from their yolks carefully, not to break yolks, place whites and yolks in separate bowls.

Use an electric mixer or hand beater, to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Carefully whisk in the parmesan cheese and green onions into your beaten eggs white.

Now use a large spoon, place 4 equal dollops of whites onto your prepared sheet pan, using all of your beaten eggs white/cheese mixture.

Form the eggs white into nests, making an indentation in the centre for the yolks to eventually nestle into.

Place in your preheated oven and bake for 3 minutes. Remove from the oven after 3 minutes, and gently add egg yolk into the centre of each nest.

Season with some sea salt and pepper as desired.

Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top and bake for more 3 minutes until yolks are just set to your liking.

Enjoy your meal.
