How To Make No-Bake Fudge Bars

There is only one thing I can think of that is better than peanut butter, and it’s peanut butter covered in chocolate.

These no-bake bars are a real deal, I believe you probably already have the ingredients in your pantry.

This recipe is packed with all good stuff, so bless your week by making this.

How To Make No-Bake Fudge Bars


1 cup peanut or almond butter.

6 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey.

1/2 cup coconut flour (plus more if needed).

1-2 tbsp non-dairy milk.

1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips (dark preferable).


Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, or in a small pan on the stove, combine your peanut butter/almond butter with maple syrup and heat until melted.

Add coconut flour to your melted peanut butter and whisk until a thick dough forms. If it is too crumbly, add a splash of milk, if too thin add extra coconut flour.

Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan and press firmly into place, refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or until firm.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your chocolate chips and pour them on top of the bars, refrigerate again until firm before slicing them into bars.
