This hot honey mustard chicken recipe is grain-free, they are super and the dip is lightened up.
INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN.
1 pound chicken tenders
1 cup pretzels
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp onion granules.
Preheat your oven to 190 C.
Blend the pretzels until they are a lumpy powder, add in your coconut flour, salt and onion granules, mix well together.
Mix together 2 eggs, then dip the chicken in egg and coat in the pretzel mixture.
Bake your chicken in your preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes ( depending on size), flipping halfway.
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp honey and hot sauce to taste.
Serve hot honey mustard immediately and enjoy your meal.
