Healthy Tuna Cucumber Party Bites.

Do you have lots of canned tuna or salmon at home just like I do and looking for a way to turn them to a quick snack?

Here is a super tasty quick snack for you and your family.

12 bites about 4 servings.


2 large cucumbers.

2 (5 ounces) cans wild-caught tuna, well drained.

2-3 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt, or to taste.

1/2 tsp smoked paprika.

1/4 tsp sea salt or to taste.

1/8 tsp black pepper or to taste.

3 tbsp chopped chives

1/2 a freshly squeezed lemon juice + zest.



peel your cucumber, use a sharp chef knife carefully and cut into 1/3-inch slices. You will get about 24 slices.

In a bowl, add your tune, yoghurt, paprika, sea salt, pepper and chives.

Use a microplane, grate the lemon zest and juice your lemon. Pour squeezed lemon and the zest over the tuna mixture.

Mix until your tuna salad mixture is well combined.

Lay half of the cucumber slices on a large platter, add a small spoonful of your tuna salad unto each cucumber. Top with the remaining cucumber slices.

Insert skewers into the middle of each for easy serving.
