Healthy Pumpkin Stove Oatmeal.

Stovetop oats are the superior oats, but they do take more time. Most times, it is better to soak the oats overnight, it makes it easier.

Ingredients for 2 servings.

1 cup rolled oats.

1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk.

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 tsp cinnamon.

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice.

1 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey.


Heat a small pan over medium heat, add in your oats and milk, let it heat till it’s bubbling a little bit.

Add your remaining ingredients and mix all together, cook for about 8-10 minutes over low medium heat.

Share into 2 eating bowls, topped with 1/2 caramelized banana, 1 tsp melted organic peanut butter and scoop of pumpkin.
